Robert Masala has been an HR practitioner for the past 16 years working in Tanzania across multiple industry sectors (government, mining, telecommunications and banking). Robert has a keen passion for developing managerial leadership competencies and guiding companies to improve their performance though transformational HR and organizational re-design.
He holds an MSc in HR Management from Mzumbe University (2013) and B.A honours degree majoring in International Relations from the University of Dar es Salaam (2002). He is also a Chartered HR Analyst by the American Academy of Project Management (2015)
