Mr. Suleiman has worked in, and with MSME-focused institutions for more than 14 Years. His experience includes institutional strengthening while serving in senior management positions and also as a consultant in Ghana, Rwanda  and Nigeria.

His main expertise is in the area of lending to MSME including agricultural clients, credit risk management and  loan recovery . He  also provides training in the areas of financial analysis and credit risk .

Before  joining Akiba, Mr. Suleiman worked with a major international MSME banking group and  served as a member of the extended management team.
